Here's an update of what we have been up to! I need to update more often, but it is always hard to find time! Anyway, here are some of the things we have done lately....
On the 4th, we went to a rodeo with our office. It was fun and nice to have an afternoon off work. Dixon and I went to dinner before, and were able to catch a glimpse of some fireworks on our way home! 
We have also had the chance to go to a couple more baseball games! Monitronics - the company who monitors our systems - was super nice and paid for our whole office to go to a ball game! When we went to the game, we went early to watch batting practice (of course)! Well, Dixon brought his mit because he always has wanted to catch a ball during a game. During batting practice, a lot of homeruns are hit - so Dixon was way excited and really hoping to catch a ball. Well, one of the players hit a ball just short of the wall and another player went to pick it up. So Dixon started yelling at the player trying to get his attention to throw him the ball, so I started yelling too! Well, when the guy heard a me screaming at him, he walks over to us and says to Dixon -- I'm going to give you this ball, but only because of her -- HA HA!!! So Dixon got his ball -- but I can always remind him who really got it for him! But he loves his ball! He is so happy he finally has a ball from a major league game!
Yesterday, Dani and Jared (my brother and sister-in-law) came out to visit because Jared had a meeting with Monitronics! It was so fun to have company! They even brought out little Paisley! I had not seen her since we left in April and she has grown so much and is SOOO cute! I absolutely love her! She is such a perfect baby! I had so much fun with Dani. We went to lunch with some of the other wives out here, then went to Hobby Lobby. We got a super fun card making kit -- and made tons of cards that evening! It was so fun to have family here and have a day off work. Next week, Dixon's parents and his sister, Devri, and her husband are coming to visit! I am super excited to see them! Here are some pictures I took of Paisley -- look how cute!!!

you are quite the photographer Sadie! Isn't Paisley just a doll- I'm surprised you got her smiling in all the pictures (I can never get her to smile for me). We are so excited for next weekend! Can't wait- we need to do some fun stuff ok, because it will probably be awhile before we see you guys again. p.s. your hair is now longer than mine- I just got it cut. See you soon! :)
Oh, Paisley is so cute! How fun that they came to visit you. Sounds like the rodeo and baseball games have been a hit!
Sadie! Cute post! I bet you just loved having Dani out here! I had so much fun during the time that we hung out together! Paisley is adorable and she makes me so baby hungry!
You need to tell Burr Dog that Bob got a baseball. He would be way impressed. We can't wait to come to Dallas!
I love Dixon's strategy for getting a baseball--having a "cute girl" right next to him as the players walk by! It looks like you're having fun. Keep in touch.
